The Regulatory Programs Committee will consider four permits: a proposal by the Natural History Museum of the Adirondacks to construct a boardwalk and decks, a new retail boat sales operation in the Ticonderoga Business Park, upgrades to the Town of Moriah water system, and a permit providing for the land transaction between the Open Space Institute and NL Industries in the Town of Newcomb.

The Local Government Services Committee will review amendments to the Lake George Local Land Use Program and will hear a presentation about the new Adirondack North Country Association's new scenic byways map and brochure. The Enforcement Committee will meet at the end of the day and consider one enforcement matter.

On Friday morning at 9:00, there will be a joint committee meeting of the Park Ecology and Local Government Services Committees.
