RAY BROOK, NY - The Adirondack Park Agency pursuant to Section 816 (2) of the Adirondack Park Agency Act and the Adirondack Park State Land Master Plan will hold public hearings regarding the reclassification of lands owned by the State of New York in the following manner:
R2004-2: Wilderness (Five Ponds Wilderness) to Primitive (Wanakena); 4.5+/- acres
The purpose of the hearings is to afford an opportunity for public comment. Any person may present an oral or written statement concerning the proposed reclassifications. Written comments will be accepted through June 14, 2004.
